As global product manager, Christine Paquay is responsible for driving the global and local fitness of UKGsolutions across multiple geographies. She plays a critical role in working with international customers and field operations to understand opportunities to enhance and align the product with international markets and local labor practices.
Trilingual in French, German and English, with a master’s degree in translation and international affairs from the Institut Supérieur de Traducteurs et Interprètes in Brussels, Christine began her career as a linguist, building one of the pioneer machine translation programs. She then spent the majority of her career as Globalization Program Manager with industry-leading software companies, helping them define and execute on their globalization strategy.
In 2008, after graduating from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, Christine joined the Global Product Management team at Kronos and brought 20 years of experience working with international constituencies and product development teams to support truly global products. To that purpose, she took over a one-year assignment in Europe to work closely with our European customers and capture their business practices and challenges into future solutions and opportunities. She recently expanded her area of focus to driving the product language roadmap in alignment with UKG’s global market expansion strategy.
